Block Protection (Raidable)

Suggested name: Block Protection Raid Edition?

What I want: So unlike other block protection plugins, I want this one to be raidable. How this works is fairly simple, you can choose which blocks a player can place to be protected. Also that player can do for example /bp add <player> to allow another player to edit your blocks or /bp remove <player> to remove them. So here's a the raiding part, on one part of the configuration there would be which block's can be protected by a player. On the other part it would have how many tnt is required for a certain block to break.

Ideas for commands:
/bp add player
/bp delete player
/bp list
/bp reload

Ideas for permissions:
blockprotection.member - all cmds besides /bp reload
blockprotection.admin - all cmds

When I'd like it by: Anytime this week.
