   Features:
   Can disable kitpvp commands and use signs only or vice versa
   lightweight, doesn't affect performance
   built-in kits
   buildable kits in config.
   Has potion effects.
   Commands:
   /bkitp warrior
   /bkitp archer
   /bkitp mage
   etc..
   I want to use signs only coz my server is not a hub but is separated by worlds.
   When do I need it? take your time
