Best Chat and Spawn plugins outside Essentials?

Hi, I am looking for some new Chat and Spawn Plugins but do not want to have to install Essentials Core because it adds too many new commands such as /back and /tpa.
Can anyone tell me their favourite two chat and spawn plugins outside Essentials?

 

u know u can blacklist that commands in essentials config ?

# Disabled commands will be completely unavailable on the server.
disabled-commands:
# - nick
- tpa
- back

and now they cant use /tpa or /back

 

Hmmm, but it's not just the commands. Essentials causes other changes too, takes over the handling of certain processes from Bukkit or other plugins. I donno. But still, any ideas anyone?
How about mChat Suite? Homespawn Plus?

 

im sure that 80% of essentials functions can be disabled question is what u want for it to work or u just want different plugins

 

I'd rather go with different plugins. I will bear in mind what you have said though. I try to stick close to vanilla survival. Thanks
