Beginning, tutorials/vids whatever...

Hey,

i wanna start coding too, i have a great experience in c++.
But i have no idea what programm i could use, how to setup the compiler etc..
Any way to get it working with Visual Studio 05/08.
I found a tutorial on this site, but it doesnt help me to setup the stuff :/

It would be awesome if someone could do a video tutorial how to setup these things beginning from "downloading"
