Solved AutoSaveWorld: auto restart help!

I can't seem to get the auto restart to work! How do you set the times to make it work?
It says on the documentation that the times are like this
time:
- '03:20'
- '16:24'
- '20:03'
But I did that and it didn't work! Is the times like 3 oclock or every 3 hours and 20 minutes?

you may actually need to enable it in the config because its disabled by default

I have already enabled it! I just need to know how to work the times.

 

the times are formatted in military time, i.e 20:03 is 3 minutes past 8 at night (seems obvious i know)
so the enter the time you want the server to restart at, i.e. 10:00 and 14:00 (10AM an 2 PM)
