   Here is the pastebin for my groupmanager groups.yml: http://pastebin.com/gGUJZNy7. I've looked 0ver it plenty of times and didn't see a problem. Am I missing something?

   OTF Catastrophe

   You have a lot of quotation marks that are supposed to be apostrophes. If you ever have an issue with config put it in a YAML Parser.
