Plugin Help Anvil's Falling 1 Block then Breaking

    Not too sure why but when an anvil on my server is placed, if it falls even 1 block, it breaks and gives me a Slightly Damaged Anvil.

    Here are the list of plugins on my server... anyone have any idea what plugin is doing this? :(
