All worlds have the same time - Plugin

Hey Community,
I`m searching for a plugin for "All world have the same time".
When I use "/time set 0" the time in ALL Worlds should set to 0.

is it possible?

Just a note, it sets every world to the time of the first world it finds... there is a text command /settime [time] that will work if you are in other worlds.
