Is this the message you get when you try and connect when the server is offline or?

 

Nope, just when the server is shutting down ( /stop )

 

So it shows a preconfigured message when you type /stop?

Could you make it so we could choose the message when shutting down?
Ex.
/stop - Shuts down and shows preconfigured message.
/stop <text> - Shuts down and shows the text you wrote instead of <text>,

 

The message is in a config file generated by the plugin, you can change it !

 

Yes, I understand that you can do that. But if you want to do a quick restart or do a longer shutdown to go thru some errors or whatever, it would just have been nice to only write one line in the console wich shuts down server and explains it all rather than have to write it in the config and reload the plugin (I'm assuming you can reload the plugin here since othervise you really can't have a custom message if you don't know why you will shut down the server before you even start it.)

Is this one message for every-time someone gets disconnected or only for Shut-Downs and Restarts?

 

Only when the server is correctly stopped with /stop
