Sometimes, players may go overboard with their killing. This results in annoyed players and rage quits. While many plugins either offer ways of promoting PVP or completely blocking it, few actually offer a method of mediating the border in between the two realms. This plugin does exactly that. By allowing players to PVP, but to a certain extent. If a player kills more than a set number of people within a certain amount of time (all configurable), the plugin executes the per-configured commands through the console to stop the player from going overboard.
