Adjusting mob-textures (disguises)

Hello there,

I've been trying to get disguises working in some of my plugins without having to use any plugin or API to support it for some time. It just never works.

That's why I am suggesting an easier way on changing the textures of a mob or player to any other mob, block or maybe even a stored playerskin in your server files.
