   You could try WorldGuard, it can allow and deny commands per region. Not exactly what you are looking, but might work out to the same end result, depending on what you are actually planning to do.

   what i like to do is set a region where the players can type /sell on in the said zone aka the shop i already use resendaince and if i go worldguard i have two of the almost exact same plugins...ill keep it in mind though as a last restart thanks for the info
