A very unique and awesome plugin idea

    Just a question before it gets requested or anything, but does anyone else think it would be useful to have a plugin with region-based permissions? Say like you limit ChairCraft to VIPs only but you want to allow them to use it inside a region for spectators. When they enter that region they should be allowed to! And now I'm wondering, is it possible?
