A Question about if a certain Plugin is out there or is possible.

It is possible to have a plugin that plays some sort of media file? A music file of any type, I have a converter. I ask this because I do not want to mod my server, because if it is modded, other people have to download the mods as well. That is why I love bukkit so much. Are their any plugins are their that play music? If you know of one could you please give me a link and or tell me about it? If it's not possible tell me.
