A much needed Plugin!

FOR MINECRAFT VERSION 1.13.2 So I was thinking that someone can make a plugin that when we use essentails or essentailsex (what I use) /nick it changes the above head nametag too. Also, it should add the pex prefixes and keep the skin the same. I have seen this on a server with online mode activated and also saw another thing that cought my eye it is a plugin that changes your name in command console so instead of having to use the players username in console they just have to use the nickname for example /msg bobicarly would instead be /msg bob or whatever nickname they chose. If this plugins has to not be on online mode I can just install auth me and I would be fine. So a few commands I was thinking of are
/skin set <nameofplayerwhoyouwantthistohappento> <reset/usernameofanyplayer> Changes Skin of Player to someone elses acount skin
/cape set <nameofplayerwhoyouwantthistohappento> <reset/usernameofanyplayer> Basically same as skin but for cape they do this on kaboom.pw
/nick <nameofplayerwhoyouwantthistohappento> <nickname> (same reg thing but with above head nametags changed too
