$5 Lock picking plugin private plz

    I will pay $5 for a lock picking plugin :D Get the idea from darkbrotherhood the plugin buttttt the difference is in this I want it to obey chest-access flags for world guard regions but will pick a lockette protected chest no prob. There will be a 10 % chance you will pick and with a gold hoe and if you fail you take 10 damage which was I think is a little over half of your hearts. :D you dont have to make it configurable if its going to be private. THANKS
