    1Command1Message

    What I Want:
    As The Name Suggests, 1Command1Message, I Need A Plugin That When The Players Types /Joe They Will Get A Message In Chat Saying A Configurable Message.

    Commands:
    /Joe >>> Sends A Configurable Message
    /Joe SetMessage (Message) >>> Sets The Message. MUST Allow Color Codes

    Permissions:
    Joe.Joe >>> Allows Players To Use /Joe
    Joe.SetMessage >>> Allows Players To Use /Joe SetMessage

    When I'd Like It By:
    Any Time In The Next Month Please (If You Are Reading This Later Than That Date Then Please Still Try To Make This Plugin If It's Not Done Already)
