1.8.9 Plugin Update Request

Hello! I was wondering if anyone could update this plugin to 1.8.9? http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/sparktrail/

@pie_flavor , the project has been abandoned, this is why I ask. Yes, I have checked if it works and it does not

 

@ckav11 Even if it's abandoned, we still need permission from the original author before updating it.

 

Bump the author has said it can be updated the source is on GitHub can someone update this
