1.12 - Realistic horse eating

What I want:

I’d like a plugin to make it more realistic when horses eat and when you feed them.

Features that I want:

• When a horse eat a hay bale, it disappear. It would be cool if a Hay bale disappeared every 2nd hour.
• Horse need hay bales/grass nearby to be able to eat
• Horse need a water source nearby to fulfill their thirst (need water in cauldron or just a hole with water)

When I’d like it by: I don’t have any special time. Just as fast as you’re done
