Ah, nice. I'm in the advanced math class at our school. I tend to learn stuff quickly, so I pretty much taught myself quadratics :P Apparently we are going to learn more of it later this year, though.
I honestly have no idea. I think it just goes more in-depth than the normal math class does. I am looking forward to AP classes in high school, though :)
Haha :P I'll have to look into it and see if any schools nearby have coding classes. There is one that I know of, but it is in Sonoma (about 2 hours away ._.)
Yeah, school won't be teaching you vectors any time soon. Vectors are taught in your Precalculus/Trigonometry, which will be in 10th grade for me. (I'm currently in 8th grade taking Algebra 1)
Wtf. I in 6th we learned prealgebra (skipped, had advanced classes with 7th grade), Algebra A in 7th grade(skipped, doing classes with 8th graders), Algebra B in 8th grade, and Geometry if doing advanced math in 8th grade(9th grade math, planning to do so). I'm in 7th grade with Algebra B, 8th grade math.
