I've been looking for a whitelist that uses the phpbb forums but doesn't use mysql. Is there anything like that?
My server has a custom whitelist plugin that reads uses a bufferedreader to catch the whitelist. You just need a webpage that lists all your members. Ask me in a PM, if you want the plugin.
I have made a plugin request based on what you said about your plugin. Please read it if you are willing to help me on it - it's just a step further than manually making a txt file - have players fill out a form with IGN and it will automatically go into that file.
