Fail To Blind To Port

I need help with this! Every time I click my start.bat it will open but it says Fail to Blind To Port and it say Perhaps a server is already running on that port! I always get pissed from this and No one else is hosting my server! Can anyone help me with this problem

 

I had this problem not to long ago and this is how I fixed it.

EDIT: When in CMD, Type in "ipconfig" (No Quotations)
1) Run "cmd" and look at your IP4v4 (I think), This is your internal IP Address, should start with 192.168.1.xxx
2) When port forwarding remember to port forward "25565" and the IP is your Internal IP as stated above.
3) When you edit the Config file for Minecraft, make sure that the Server IP is your Internal IP as stated above not your external IP address.

check to see if anything is running on that port already. maybe you have a program that uses it.

if that doesn't work, try giving it Admin rights.

 

You either typed in your IP address wrong, or you didn't port forward yet.
