Is there a plugin that...

Whenever I need to know if there's a plugin for something, I will post it in this thread, so keep checking back if you can help.

Right now I need a plugin that lets me control where people can place and destroy blocks.

 

Permissions and PermissionsEX look it up in the plugins page

I don't understand WorldGuard.

Is there an easier to use one?

WorldGuard is quite simple. Look for some tutorials?


And for permissions, use permissionsEX, quite simple to understand, and quite simple to use.

But I do suggest WorldGuard

 

It might take me a while to figure out how to use WorldGuard. The only thing I've figured out is flags.

Using WorldGuard, how do I make it so that people can't use ANY commands in a certain area?

Look up in the WorldGuard wiki, i thought it was something like /region flag command deny Commands or something
