   Hey! I was wondering if it was possible that any of you guys would be able to make a plugin where you can have certain names entered into a config file that commands couldn't be used at. If you come up with more stuff and need to do permissions, please do PEX.
   Ex:
   Commands
   /ban:
   -da13omb
   -pandas32
   -randomname
   /slap
   -rawrz
