made new group in groupmanager but cant get that group to build

well im using group manager and i whanted to make new groups for example "vip", i have it all set but and all and gave the group special commands like gamemode and some others that make it unique. but i can not seem to make it so it has the permisson to build and destroy block. it says it doesn not have permisson to do so. i gave it essentials_builder ineratance and then tried normal builder but none of them seem to alow the vip group to build. below is the set up of how i have it in the file
