Superperms is a slang term for the command permissions system built into Bukkit. It's called this because there used to be other ways of doing permissions, until a built in system was introduced into Bukkit. bPermissions is a good plugin for it.
I'm sorry, I'm retarded. Could you explain a bit 'better'? Is super perms only ony plugin or it alot of plugins that works the same way?
Superperms isn't a plugin, more of a framework or a system. A few plugins implement it to let you set up Permissions for your server (and work the same way)
So basicly, one system that makes alot of perm-plugins work the same way so devs don't have to code really much?
It's going to be the "universal" permissions system hopefully in the future. It's the one that's built into Bukkit. Just nice to not have every plugin using a different system!
I'm going to start up a server as soon as bukkit updates, what perms plugins should I use? One of my plugins needs superperms
I'd suggest using PermissionsEx, it's a bit tricky in the beggining, but once you're into it it works out excellent
