Hire Pretty Pro Dev team.

I am debating on hiring a pretty professional dev team. I would pay for the VPS when the server was closer to a "public release". Anyways I have played many mmos, and the versatility in MineCraft is all too attractive. Having said that I have only briefly messed with different programming languages. I have almost all of the features for the server I want already planned out. However the team would definetly be welcome and encouraged to not only code but help come up with ideas for the server.

For now I will say there is somewhat of a limited budget. (as there is a limit with all things). The pay would be through paypal as a gift. At first I would probably hire 1-2 people and See how it goes. And then if I am getting decent results from them expand if needed. I would pay up to $100 a week per coder depending on time spent coding and amount of work turned over. (completed). (this cash amount is based on a low amount of hours, could exceed 100 in certain situations etc.)

Last thing, I don't care age, I do want good English and 5/10+ skills in java, and the last thing, Skype/Vent etc. If you're interested please leave a message here with your skills, perhaps plug-ins you have made and anything you can think of that would qualify you. I'll be glad to help out, but I need to finish the development of a plugin I am working on currently first (this could take a week or two, so no big deal if you choose someone else for the job).

I have pretty good java skills, have made/i am making a few plugins (RPGWorld,Serenity,SpoutBlocks, iQuest, and tons of private ones), got a skype (sddddgjd - sorry for the name ), ventrilo works too!
I have worked with dev teams before ( i have my own team now) and i can work pretty good and fast at anything!
