People cant join my bukkit

i set up my bukkit server. I tried to get my friends to join it. They said that it said can't reach server.
I am running a mac 10.5.8
my whitelist is on but i set them to be able to get on.
here is my server.properties

please help! I really want to play a bukkit server with my friends!

 

If you whitelist is enabled make sure the usernames of your friends are on whitelist file

"server-ip=192.168.0.115" That IP is a private IP; Meaning that only people on the same network can connect.
Change it to "server-ip=" and then get your external IP by using http://www.whatsmyip.org Give that external IP to your friends. Also, if "white-list=true" make sure your friends are in the whitelist, Otherwise the won't be able to connect.
