   Hey I was just wondering if someone could make a plugin that lets you put capes/cloaks on your users using a command like /cape [PLAYERNAME] [CAPE] I think this would be a really cool plugin and was wondering if someone could make it. BTW Dont have a go at me if this has already been made i dont really come on here much so if someone could plz do this it would be great. Thanks!
