GroupManager commands broke :O

help help help the commands for group manager and i cant do anything im not a clever enough developer lolololo please someone make a plugin that fixes this

 

GroupManager is quite outdated. They have been saying for months that they encourage their users to upgrade to something else because it's not going to be supported sooner or later. I recommend PermissionsBukkit. I have been using it without issue and it seems very solid.

no ive made 2 plugins and im working on my 3rd one and you dont have to be a amazing programer to make a plugin

Ive always used group manager cas of the abilty to add change groups with commands in game easily. i did try permissions once but there where no commands for it

You should read up on the superperms managers which are currently permissionsEX, bPermissions, and permissions bukkit. GM doesnt support the new bukkit permissions system so you will need one of these to be able to stay up to date and all of them have legacy permissions support.

I am not familiar with bperms or PEX, but I know from experience that PermissionsBukkit allows the use of ingame commands much like GroupManager.

 

GroupManager (Phoenix) Supports SuperPerms, It has a bridge.
It is fully updated and working with 1.8.

bPermissions has lots of nice in-game commands also - it's a good alternative and has some really nice unique features to boot!
