Well, first of all, I'm Admin on many different servers, so I will decline your offer of helping set it up/be an Admin on it, however I would like to recommend a specific plugin for this. I highly recommend using Heroes. It's by far the best and most configurable RPG Plugin.
Yeah i know i use this.... This Plugin is really good But my Problem is that i want to ban some items for some groups like tthe magican. He should Not able to break iron but the miner should break it after Level 5 Thats my Problem...
