I want a plugin that makes ALL piston types stronger. For example, if you have a piston and want it to push more than 12 blocks, write /push 12-99 . To make a sticky piston pull harder, write /pull 3-99 .

Thanks, jimbo8. :) And please tell me where you learned java if you make this plugin !! :)

Dude, he wanted UNLIMITED! Not a limited one! So this wouldnt make the server overload!

  3. Well, its better to make 1 plugin that gives the actions of making what range you whant to push/pull, instead of making one that you can choose, and one that have only 1 spesific number of push/pull!

One thing that is bad whit Bukkit is that developers makes so manny different plugins whit the same actions, instead of making one good one whit all the actions!

The other post was just reasently posted, so it was just a tip instead of posting this one aswell right after!

Wow, sorry. I scrolled carefully trough 13 sites then i posted this. I didn't see that one. Sorry. But is there any plugins that allows us to change the push rate?

  5. Well, the plugin that probly is made as we speak only make it unlmited i queese, but post on the other thread and say what you said here, that you whant that actions as well :)

Bump, if you could give it a configurable launch height on the piston I'd be grateful =D

Snow spreading? And make the configuration speed more "Precise".

I mean, write that other peoples can make the plugin.

I mean, the speed isn't very correct. If i change to 1, it doesn't take 1 second then it will grow.

Oh! Fixed that, it was a random value between 1 and 10 that was added on, now random value added on is configurable

This seems almost impossible, PISTON_EXTEND is not called when there are too many blocks, stickiness may still be possible though

Okay, what about making it push up to maximum 30 blocks? Is that possible? Btw, if not, i hope stickiness will work. :)

hi, I am another one that is in dire need of such a plugin
but do not know enough to try write my own

but I may have an idea.
since the limit of how much the piston can push is limited by how the game is written,
(if im not wrong some mod can push the limit to 16)

why not "move" the blocks affected manually with the block manipulation APIs?
something like the //move command in WorldEdit
(though i know it does not really "move" the blocks)

    could this be implimented?
or would it require too much resources when done on a large scale

i know this is basically totally rewriting how pistons works
but i am sure may people will find this plugin very useful is it could be done!

    thanks!
