Btw INVedit is for single player only (or people who own the world) they can't use it to cheat. Also btw you can use INVedit against hackers. Just open the player.dat files with INVedit while the server's down and you can change other people's inventories.

Players cannot use any inventory editor on your server now that inventories are server-side...

Cheat engine on multiplayer and singleplayer works for sure. There's a reason why NoCheat has a feature to stop people from getting bogus items. Btw if it was client side only, the item's won't even appear in your inventory because the inventory is controlled by the server. Same thing when you have a mod that makes a new item, you craft the item but when you drag it to your inventory it disappears.

You guys are fucking retarted. YES YOU CAN USE INV EDIT WHICH IS PRETTY MUCH THE SAME AS TOO MAN ITEMS!!! All of you ignorant fucks are giving out false information that you haven't had first hand experience with. Everyone (including me) on my server used Too Many Items. I don't know the permissions for giving yourself items, so I can't blacklist them. If you dumbasses would see for yourself, you would understand.

INVEdit is not the same as TMI. TMI sends the server /give and /item commands to give the player items. If they can't access those commands, no TMI. INVEdit is a player.dat editing tool. Not the same thing at all. The creater himself even says:

"You can use it to edit your inventory both Singleplayer and Multiplayer, if you're the server host."
