the problem is identifying which one it is, there is a special version on TooManyItems that you have to pay for that change the packet containing the inventory before it goes over the server which results in no items droping, the same effect as most the give plugins on this site, so if he has that one then no he's not an admin, but even sped up I saw items droping in front of him, so yes he is an op. One way you can find out who he is is take a look at his skin, if you can't get an image of it I got a screen shot in the like 5 frames it was visible in. img.jpg

So white with a shoulder strap of something. when you find out the username, deop him, and use permissions to give no building rights, then report him to Mojang, because they do not like greafers, last spread his name over the internet, there are several sites that people look at to find out if someone is clean or not.

All I saw in this video is the minecraftSP client, wich allow to play Minecraft without a paid account and zombe's fly mod. Nothing special. It is not a griefing client, just a noob with a mod.

Isn't that illegal? You are technically selling notches code with some small modifications to it.

@anonymous let me put it this way, TooManyItems is not Notches work, it's a mod, completely different, there is no copyright on TooManyItems, it's scripting that people can put the files into the original workings and it gives other functionality, but it's not small modifications, what it is is completely new classes, there is usually only one class in the mod that is modified and it's only modification is the lines needed to make the rest hook into the game. Mods are extensions, content that isn't even in the game, it's not modified, it's new, and added onto. plus you are not distributing the jar file only that extra files that mod users will put into it. And notch obviously does not really care, there's a mod section of the forum where people post game mods.
