No route to host - are the properties wrong?

    Hello,
    I've(or my friend) got a problem. He'd like to make a RPG-server on his computer. Because the port 25565 was occupied, we set the port to 9989. So he had open the port as udp and tcp. But I can't join to his server. His router is from arcor. Please help. Later I add pictures of his properties.

    PS: the router ist a Arcor-Easy Box A 800 WLAN ISDN

    Are you or your friend using a proxy / vpn? I find using either will stop me connecting to most servers.
