So, There is no plugin that does the first and I am assure of that. The second however, I am not sure.. So here is the 2 plugin requests: 1. Natural "Monsters" (just like the Natural Giants plugin!) 2.Improved help menu. I will be talking about the second one into detail as "Improved help menu" isn't going to cover it. So the improved helped menu will check the permissions folder for which commands are available to each group. Once that is done, when a regular player does "/help" it will tell them which commands are available to them. (Without doing anything to the config file!).
I'm going to try my best to help you out- As for the first one, Monsters were removed from the game with 1.6. I'm 90% sure it's impossible. As for the second one, it would be tricky. /help is a command used by Essentials on most Bukkit servers, and I'm going to assume that's what you have. In order to have an improved help command, you'd either have to talk to the Essentials devs and ask them to help you out, or it would be a different command to avoid the funky errors when two plugins share a command. Even then, using maybe /ihelp or something, I'll bet it would be tricky, and it might just be easier for you to make a building with signs showing all the commands for each rank. Ya know, default have this, next up have these extra, next up have these extra, etc.
