Question why my server don't get public?

    i already made the port fowarding with my personal ip but when i test in the planetminecraft server tester and other testers it fail
    (i am creating a beta 1.5_02 bukkit server but i know that isn't the problem cause i see other people making it)

    First, try running a 1.14 server. It will make it easier to diagnose the problem.

    If the 1.14 server works, there is a problem with the beta 1.5 server jar.

    However, if the 1.14 server does not work:
    1. Restart your computer/router after port forwarding.
    2. Re-check your ip to make sure you are using the correct external ip.
    3. Check the console for any errors.
