Ideal name: HealOnHit Minecraft version: 1.11.2 Permissions: None Commands: None Description: i would like a plugin that allows players with a "Ghast Tear" renamed to "Vampire Fang" to be able to damage other players with the fang and gain a configurable percentage of the damage given to the user in health, example: the ghast tear "Vampire Fang" does 10 damage, and in the config it is set to 30 percent, when a player hits an enemy with the fang and does 10 damage 30 percent of that (3) will be given to the user with the fang I would like this plugin as soon as possible
