I think you can use <Edit by Moderator: Redacted not allowed paid resource url> with <Edit by Moderator: Redacted not allowed paid resource url> It the placeholders you need (possibly except the Only One World Kills, because then the plugin needs to save somewhere the number of kills in each world, because minecraft don't do it, it have global stats).

The placeholders you can need are:

• For health: %player_health%
  
• Online in world: %server_online_<world name>%
• Kills (not of only 1 world, sorry): %statistic_player_kills%

Try it and reply if it worked or if you need help to configure it.
