Enchants Higher than vanilla limits

Suggested name: Super Anvil

What I want:
Anvils to be able to combine enchantments above the vanilla limit, such as 2 sharp 5 books to make sharp 6.
Please keep enchantment tables the same!

Known bugs when the first dev made this:
- He forgot to make the code for the books. Fixed in the download
- The plugin kind of makes it so that mc cant see that its enchanted. So basically you can enchant an item on an enchanting table hundreds of times. Here is a video on it: .

I had a dev make this but he isnt responding to me, not sure if he is on holiday or whatever. This was the plugin he made:

You can download, decompile this ect I have full rights to it. The problem is that there is a bug and since there is no spoonfeeding and I cant code I basically have to ask someone to make it again .



Ideas for commands: No commands needed for this plugin.

Ideas for permissions: No permissions needed

When I'd like it by: ASAP! I plan to make my server sponsored on those server list websites and I dont want to do this until i get this!
