Plugin Help PermissionEx not loading in permissions.yml

So, I created my own permissions.yml for factions and when I replaced it with the default one Pex stopped working. It shows up as red in /pl. Can someone tell me what's wrong with my permissions.yml. I would really appreciate it.

Replace all tab characters with spaces.

Update: I dont have any tab spaces in the file. They are all normal spaces

 

I parsed your permissions file and this came up


'\t' means a tab character. Run your file through http://tabstospaces.com/ and take the resulting text and put it in your permissions.yml. After that, remove ONE space from infront of the group name "Staff" and it'll be fixed.

 

Thanks for the help, I got it to work. The problem was that I had options instead of info but I ran into another problem. I set my member rank to default but whenever someone joins essantial chat shows the prefix as [default] instead of [member] then when i manually set the person to group member, the prefix shows up. does anyone know why the default group is not working?
