semi-advanced welcome plugin

I have looked for many different welcoming (welcome message on a player's first join) plugins but they all have disappointments and faults, and essentials config doesn't have what I want. This is a short and simple plugin, and it would be very useful to me.

There will be a config which lets you edit the welcoming message of the player first joining the server
and an option to use the player's name %PLAYER and his count number %COUNT

Here are a couple examples I found on 2 servers:

It is very important that the message is costumizable and colors aren't glitchy.

Someone made me one, but it doesn't work for me a first and second time. So yes I still need it

Also might I ask exactly what version of bukkit/spigot u are using

 

Spigot 1.83 with a viaversion plugin if that does anything
