hey guys, i know this is probably asked daily but I'm struggling to find out which one is closest to exactly as i want! I'm sure you will all be able to help me i want to be able to get players to do /sell (sells whatevers in their hand) or /sell cobble (sells all cobble in inv) and also /worth to see how much they would get for that item before they /sell it. when they do sell it the money comes from a server pot and they sell their items to the server. i would also like players to be able to create their own shops when they reach a certain rank in the format below [trade] 64 Cobblestone B64 : S32 Lowndsy2011 so basically they can buy 64 cobble for $64 or sell 64 cobble for $32 HOWEVER i want this to just be a sign shop and not a chest shop because then the players can store an unlimited amount of stuff in the signs rather then being limited to a double chest full any help would be greatly appreciated lowndsy2011
Essentials covers the /worth and /sell command variations using those worth-prices. Trade signs can be created in essentials by players, they have a bit different way of preparing them the the sign gets 'loaded up' with the items that only the sign owner can then modify and recover, buying and selling prices can be set differently naturally. Worth of course only gives a single value , and it is for a server-worth list, would not scan a myriad of signs to determine a value from one of the trade signs... http://ess.khhq.net/wiki/Sign_Tutorial Otherwise, the ChestShop plugin uses signs that more closely resemble the sign format for your trade signs, but, off just as much.
@lowndsy2011 You could post this on the "Plugin Request" forum and see if a developer will make it for you so it will work exactly as you want it too. Other than that I don't think there is a plugin that does exactly what you want. There are similar ones though. The ones Boomer suggested where good.
