   Im running a survival server whit rankup, each rank has its own mine. So.. Im wondering if there is any way to disable the /Tpa and /Tpaccept commands in the worlds that has all the mines in it and just have it enabled in the survival world(s)? (Im using Essentials btw) or is there any other plugin that just has the teleportation commands, not /warp, /spawn etc?

   Use /worldguard, and put in the __global__ region the flag blocked-cmds.
