Suggested name: DropParty

What I want: A dropParty Plugin that needs 50 votes or 100 (configurble) or a amount of time(configfurble). when a Dp is nearly gonna begin a broadcast will be send like:
10min before DP starts: "DropParty in 10 Minutes!" Color code Supported
5min before DP starts: "DropParty in 5 Minutes!"
1min before DP starts: "DropParty in 1 Minute!"
then it countsdown from 10 to 0
when the countdown is over a broadcast will be send with: "DropParty is starting type: /DP on" (all messages can be configurble) after the countdown the DP will start countdown again to start the DP.
When the DP starts Items automatically will be put in your inventorty (when not enough space items wont be placed or Dropped at your location)
A config will be nice to edit some things like:
When you type /dp on and you get a item a firework will be shot into the air on your location (random Firework)
When the Inventory is full it will say: [DP]Your inventory is full and the items couldnt be placed. (also Configurble)

Config what can be edited:
DP messages (countdown,inventory full, messages before Dp starts
Dp votes needed (can be disabled to use time)
Dp time needed (can be disabled to use votes)
DP CountDown (like 10,5,1)(a message will be broadcasted when 10minutes till Dp and 5 min till dp and 1 min till Dp (automatically broadcast from 10seconds to 0) (message can be configurble)

Example of Dp items:
Items:
- {itemname} {amount} {percent of chance to get this}
- {itemname} {amount} {percent of chance to get this}
- {itemname} {amount} {percent of chance to get this}

Ideas for commands:
/Dp on |this will turn the dp on for you to be able to receive the items from dp
/dp Info | this will show how much Votes or Time is left for the DP to start (configurble message)
/Dp Reload |reloads the config

dropparty.reload
