Giving playeres a certain item

Alright so I know how to give players items and such, but I am confused on how to give them a Water Bottle with some info. So when someone does /beer it gives them a Water Bottle named Beer, with the info saying, enjoy your beer.

Can someone help me with the code, as I am confused on how to do this! Thanks in advance

Guess what? We can't help you if you don't explain that. You said you didn't know how to do it, I told you what to use, and expected that you knew how to use GOOGLE. Either provide your code, or search for it, as there's tons of threads on this topic.
