Maps and Stuff are Disapering

Hello. My server is having issues. Once and a while, a hunger games map will just disapere and I have to download it again. Also, one of my worlds erased half of the world. Have any ideas? Here are my plugins, "RedstoneCommand, Citizens, PlugMan, WorldEdit, SurvivalGames, CreateYourOwnMenus, AutoBroadcast, AutoBackup, Lockette, Multiverse-Core, HarryPotterSpells, WorldGuard, Essentials, EssentialsProtect, EssentialsSpawn, EssentialsChat, EssentialsAntiBuild, EchoPet". Please help!

 

I think it's because the server didn't save the session, try it with an autosave plugin.

@JackLO9 have you ever closed the console without doing stop? that could be a reason why the chunks have disappeared
