ClickWarp and PerWorldPlugins issues

ok, so I wanted to use ClickWarp so I can give permissions per warp for my prison world but keep the essentials warps working for all my other worlds so I added clickwarp to my PerWorldPlugin config. But in survival if I type /warp (should come up with essentials list of warps) it comes up with the ClickWarp's in the other world. (in the ClickWarp format).
You cant do anything else with ClickWarp in the survival world because perWorldPlugins stops it. But this blocks me from doing anything with my essentials warps.
This is deffo some type of bug since it appears the /warp command is sliping through PerWorldPlugins since essentials has it as for some reason clickWarp is more dominant..
can someone please help.. this is really painful!
