[Plugin] Give players an item each minute/hour

Hello,

First, I'm french so I'll try my best to be understood.

I come here to seek someone who could do a plugin for me, free or paid.
I want a plugin that gives an item each minute to a player or to a player's enderchest.
I don't know if it's possible but I think it could be ?
I just want my players to gain an emerald each minute for a new kind of minecraft servers.

What if the player would have no free space in the inventory and the enderchest?

I've made a plugin similar to what you wanted. It gives an emerald to all online players every minute. If a player doesn't have space in inventory nor in the enderchest, the emerald isn't given to him and a chat message is sent to him that he just lost an emerald (it's pretty long and detailed message so i can remove it if it'll be too annoying).
Command: /ItemsEveryMinute or /iem enable/disable. It doesn't have a config, but it's for free . You can download it <Edit by Moderator: Redacted mediafire url>
