    While using the Ban Tweaks plugin, when we try to /pardon or /unban a user, we get the message (title) Can you please help us?

    Not too sure if you've realized this, but Ban Tweaks hasn't had an update since 1.5.1. Therefor, unless you are using an older version of Minecraft then the way bans perform may have likely changed by then (not sure really but that's my guess).
